Where can I see your rugs? Do you have a store near me?
Unfortunately we are an online only business, so you are not able to view our rugs in person before purchasing them. However, we have a returns policy which allows you to return any of our rugs (apart from special order items and custom made items) for any reason, within 7 days of you receiving the rug. Can I be confident in buying a rug online from Rugs Of Beauty?
Absolutely. We are a reliable, registered Australian Business. We understand that buying online can still be a difficult process for people to consider, particularly if you have had a bad experience shopping online before.

Do you offer a bespoke / custom made service on any of your rugs?
We are able to offer custom sizes on some of our rugs. Please contact us with the rug that you are interested in and we will let you know and provide a quote if available.
The rug I am interested in is out of stock. When will it be available?
Please contact us to request an ETA on any out of stock items. Please also sign up to be notified when the item will be back in stock by clicking the "Email me when available" button on the product's page and entering your email address in the popup box.
I am interested in a rug that I have seen elsewhere, but I can't find it on your website. Do you have this item or can you get it in for me?
We may be able to get a rug in that we don't currently have on our website. Please contact us with the name of the rug and we will see what we can do.
Can I order a sample of a rug I am interested in?
Unfortunately we do not have samples available to send to customers, for any of our rugs.
Where do I enter my discount coupon code?
On the first page of the checkout (first page that appears when you click the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page), on the right hand side, there is a text box labeled "Discount". Enter your coupon code here and click the "Apply" button. You can also enter it on the shipping or payment pages of the checkout, in the same location described above.
How long until I receive my rug?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping page for estimates.
Who will deliver my rug?
We use a number of different couriers to deliver our orders, including Star Track Express, Hunter Express, Couriers Please, and Fastway.
How can I keep track of my delivery?
We provide tracking numbers for all orders, and all are trackable online. All the couriers we use also have customer service teams available via phone or email for any enquiries. You can also contact us to assist you with any delivery queries.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all rugs on our website to any delivery address in Australia, except PO Boxes.
So, whether you are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Geelong, Wollongong, Hobart, Townsville, Carins, Toowoomba, Ballarat, Bendigo, Darwin, or anywhere in between, we can deliver to you!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping is $19.95.
Can I pick up my rug?
Unfortunately not - we only send orders via courier.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship to all addresses in Australia only (except PO Boxes).
I won't be home to receive the delivery of my rug. How can I arrange delivery?
We will always do our very best in this situation to work with the courier assigned to deliver your order. There is always a solution, and we will find it! Here are some ideas based on situations we have encountered:
- Often, a good solution is if the courier can leave the rug somewhere in a safe location at your property, such as behind a side or front gate, or near your front door under the porch.
- Or, perhaps a neighbour will be home and can accept the delivery on your behalf?
- If your delivery address is in an apartment complex, rugs can be left inside the front entrance, or at your apartment door if the building is accessible.
- For secure apartments, or if leaving your order at your property in your absence is not suitable, we will work with the courier assigned to deliver your order to deliver your rug at a suitable time for you.
- You can include any "Authority To Leave" courier instructions for your order on the shopping cart page of our website, below the products in your shopping cart (Click the "Add a note to your order" link to leave any notes for us regarding delivery).
