Rug was delivered rolled and protected in may layers which was great. No damage on the rug at all. The rug looks exactly as advertised . It is very soft underfoot and rather thick which was what we wanted. So far it has not had any issues and it’s in a high foot traffic area. Highly recommend the rug and the company .

Purchased an underlay to go under my rug that sits on carpet. For the past 3 years this rug has been wrinkled and moves out from under my couch, working its way towards the door, carrying my coffee table along with it. A carpet consultant said I needed to have a stiffer backing sewn onto the rug to stop it moving...then I found this product. It worked and I'm so happy.
